The Siddharta Group was founded in 1980 with the aim to become a hospitality industry leader through establishing a portfolio of luxury hotels, resorts and restaurants. To date, the Siddharta group holdings include hotels and resorts in Bangalore, Mysore, two more upcoming properties in Coorg and Vythiri and restaurants in Mauritius and Mysore. The group is the franchise holder for the renowned Joy Ice cream brand and US Pizza in Mysore. The Group has also successfully created one of India’s most premier spa brands, Emerge Spa. The Siddharta Group also has a media division called Rain Tree Media which has been very successful in event management and PR activities for several multinational companies.
